2 Noisy Manhole covers on Baldwin Street

There are 2 noisy road manhole covers on Baldwin Street that are very noisy as traffic flows over them . One is outside Alliance House on Baldwin street. The other is also on Baldwin Street at the junction with March Street.

  • Update - This issue has still not been resolved, and is getting worse with the utility covers now sunk further into the carriageway.
