Flytipped rubbish and overgrown brambles causing increase in rats

Gardens of Sturminster Road back onto gated council owned land. Neighbour at no. 12 Sturminster Road has witnessed 4 rats on patio in the early evening. No. 10 neighbour has seen rats in their garden. The rodents have dug a hole under the fence. Rubbish has been thrown onto the land by people travelling on the bus. Caller wants the council to clear out and cut back brambles etc.. as is a fly tipping hazard and neighbours are seeing an increase in rodent activity.
