Rubbish not being cleared from St George Health Centre as cars park on road directly outside bin compound gates. Need yellow lines down in order that bin containers can be wheeled out and loaded onto waste carts. Affecting daily function of jealth centre and posing a health hazard with oerflowing bins.

Cars park end to end on the road so bin containers can not be taken out of health centre bin compound and across pavement to waste cart. Road needs to be marked with double yellow lines in order for health centre to function safely. For more than two consecutive weeks now waste has not been removed, We can not rely on pot luck for cars not to be parked in front of the gates.
