Raised kerb bits tripped over Victoria Park – entrance St Johns lane

Notify that place where crossing over the road there's raised kerb bits. Caller tripped over and had broken wrist. On way into main Victoria Park. Entrance on St Johns Lane, junction with end Margate Street - tthe zigzag entrance. Loose or raised Kerb stone in the middle of the road, where lowered to cross and walked diagonally to cut across. The edging stone in middle of road and is not covered. Concerned it's a hazard to pedestrians.
