Gap between road and curb wide enough for a bike tire to get jammed in, dangerous as it is at exactly the point where the cycle path starts

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Gap between road and curb wide enough for a bike tire to get jammed in, dangerous as it is at exactly the point where the cycle path starts. I turned off the road and onto the cycle path and got my tire caught in the gap which forced me to fall off my bike and has caused me to damage my ribs. This could seriously injure someone if not fixed
