Hedge obstructs half of highway

Reported in the Obstruction category anonymously at 18:01, Friday 29 May 2020

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The hedge at 53 Talbot Road BS4 2NN is obstructing the highway. It has become overgrown and obstructs the pavement and only 1 person at a time can pass and walk on the pavement. The hedge and house are on the curve of the road, making it very difficult to cross the road with clear sight of traffic coming up Talbot hill without almost stepping into the road. This is the best place to cross the road as you can see the traffic coming from Wells Road end and also coming up from Bath Road end.
