Blacberry bush STILL blocking gulley
Reported in the Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 10:34, Tue 2 June 2020
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
Previously reported as 1839475. ETM contractors canme out this morning and unblocked all of the drains of leaves and other detritus so that they are flowing again but there is still a substantial blackberry bush growing from one of them which the ETM lads knew nothing about and were unable to resolve. It is only a matter of time before the roots of the bush completely block the drainage from the gulley and/or damage the integrity of the drain or even the retaining wall. Access is likely to be needed from the river rather than the road side of the railings.
