Manhole outside 524 Wells Rd, is not level. Creating noise when lorries go over it and makes turning into the drive an annoyance.

Manhole outside our house is a lot lower then the road. When lorries drive over it, it creates a shaking noise that you can hear and feel inside the front half of the house. When trying to turn into the drive, it feels like you are driving over a pothole.

Is it also possible to put double yellow lines outside the house, from Beryl Grove to the gates as people keep parking outside the house, which creates a blind spot when trying to leave the house and creates an issue when trying to pull into the house. Being on the Wells Rd, there are always cars behind you, who think that you are indicating to turn down Beryl Grove and not into the house right after the corner, having cars parked on the corner then creates traffic issues.
