Kingsweston house, bollard near bristol to bath cycle path, cycle route designated through one side of car-park, dont know about this spot but council owned, with tenants , stumble hazard could do with repairing I think.

That's funny because when I passed by in the distance yesterday, I could see the leaning post and torn up footway same as before
