Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
Overgrown hedges and overhanging tree branches are causing an obstruction to pedestrians on the north side of Kellaway Avenue between Lime Trees Road and Dyrham Close. In places, anyone with a pushchair or wheelchair has to walk into the road. Drastic pruning is required, please. In a month or two the annual epicormic growth on the streets trees will make matters even worse.
