Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Ref No. 1846556 has been closed but no work has been done! This has continued for years!! Causes major flooding in Wetbury Village. Nearly every drain on Westbury Hill and Waters Lane completely blocked. Please fix this summer, before Autumn/Winter rains. Thank you.
