The trees and shrubs are so overgrown at the house at Elmfield road they are blocking the lane going to Aust Lane. They are dangerous over hanging obstructive and an accident waiting to happen. There is litter in the garden and there are rats in the rubbish that has accumulated.

Path visited today (2/7/20). Overhanging vegetation from Elmfield Road not considered to be dangerous or encroaching on the path. Small amount of deposited litter removed.
