Destruction of hedge and wildlife beating in Rosemeare Gardens

Occupants of a property in Highridge Walk have allowed Building contractors to drive a digger through their rear garden fence located in Rosemeare Gardens destroying part of a hedge that birds and wild life use as nesting and living. The occupant has previously built a new fence and again destroyed the hedge
