Blocked and over flowing

Yet another blocked gully on this section of the Wells Road. I've already reported several and I'm pretty sure the next one along by the junction is also blocked. This is a serious safety concern in wet weather especially for cyclists as the water just flows over the carriageway. Not good for people walking either. This section of road needs to be looked at immediately.
