Blocked Cycle path

The cycle track between the power station on Severn road going west towards the Hallen turn off is blocked in places by low over hanging branches and thick mud and vegetation on the path. In placesthere is only enough path for one bike and now room to pass an oncoming bike. The branches and thorns hang so low that you have to dismount the bike and walk through. Where you are able to cycle it is a case of dodge the branches ant thorns and if your not quick enough you get swiped by the branches and the thorns rips your clothes. This path is dangerous and needs to be cleared and repaired. the only alternative to this path is the bus ymain road which many heavy good vehicles us.
