Our "20mph" sign is faded, no colour shows and "0" is covered

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2160221.

We have one speed sign for a double parked narrow road which is quite busy. it is also positioned halfway along the road meaning that if it was visible it would only serve its purpose once a car is halfway through. this is a main route for totterdown parents taking kids to school and Williams street serves as the main through road for the area as others are all on steep hills. could we have large bright signs at either end please
