Blocked or slow draining drain

Reported in the Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 17:50, Wed 17 June 2020

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2160689.

When it rains heavily the drain at the bottom of Bayswater Road overflows and all the water from the street runs down our drive onto the front and down the side of the house. We've noticed it the last couple of times it has rained heavily. It definitely does drain to an extent and it might be possible that it just can't drain any faster when it rains that heavily, but if can be checked that would be great - thank you.
