There is a large very loose and rocking slab on the road. It is hazardous. I tripped on it when I stepped down off kerb to get in car.

There are pot holes and cracked parts of the road all the way up this street. There is a large loose boulder which I have tripped up on this week. I see that someone had reported it to the Council in June and it has yet to be fixed.
There are also other areas of the street where I have come off whilst cycling causing myself an injury and also damage to my bike. This occurred in August this year.
I am considering my options in respect of both these incidents but my main concern is getting someone to take a look at the whole street and repairing the road. It does not look as if it has been maintained in quite some time.
I am concerned that someone elderly will cause themselves serious injury if repairs are not carried out soon.
