Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Bark has been placed near this property to stop joy riders going over the grass verge. The bark has washed down the road in the heavy rain and is now blocking drain outside 8 Beechan Drive. The caller said that the water has cleared slightly as it was halfway up their drive but with more rain expected she is very concerned.
