Drain overflows across the road during moderate rain

Reported in the Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 16:28, Thu 18 June 2020

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2162396.

The drain very often overflows, which in moderate or heavy rain causes water to flow across the street and down the hill. It can't be completely blocked as when it stops raining the water flows away. It seems just to have limited ability to carry water away. To my recollection is has been like this for several months.
