Motorists parking on grass
Reported in the Parks/landscapes category anonymously at 12:06, Fri 19 June 2020
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2163482.
Motorists are often parking their vehicles on the grass on the Ashley Down Green, something needs to be done to prevent them from doing so.
This is right next to the Children's playground and these motorists parking here are posing a danger to children and others' who want to enjoy the park. This behaviour is also damaging the ground making the surface uneven and grass ruined. The section is about 10-15 metres long (see attached photos) and I've seen up to 4 vehicles being parked here.
My suggestion is to place large rocks/boulders along the edge of this 15 metre section to stop motorists parking their vehicles here.
Many thanks, Dirac Road resident
