Utility cover very slippery when wet on Birchwood Road.

Reported in the Utlility Covers category anonymously at 13:22, Fri 19 June 2020

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

There has been three car accidents in a very short time. Two of them has happened during/after rainfall. Both seem to have gone over the cover and the car then has spun around and stopping by the steps leading down to residential properties. The last incident happened yesterday and witnesses said it looked like it was when the car drove over the cover and made the car slip off the road. Can this bee looked into if something can be done to prevent further accidents.
