Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

I moved here nearly 2 years ago and it has gradually become more overgrown. Apparently it has been reported before and the person was told that the piece of land belongs to Briarside House which it does not as I bought my flat (no.6) and the land is not on our deeds. The pavement is part of Briarside Road.
