Reported in the Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 13:30, Mon 22 June 2020

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2167204.

It's not on we have been flooded now from these drains four times in the past and nothing ever seems to be done to stop it. I had no help from the council on the night if the flood and at sixty being in a vunerable household i was left to clear up the flood which was really frightening, it was like a torrent through the downstairs of my house, we need something to stop this happening. We have cleaned up and replaced stuff ourselves before but no longer can cope with it or afford it.
