Tarmac has sunk into wall creating trip hazard, manhole cover has collapsed and crumbled/ it is now lifted up - creating uneven ground - big hazard.

It has just happened today, after a skip was collected from our property. I think the heat of the pavement was an issue upon collection. Just noticed it and just taken the pictures, as this road is the main road to the park, many passers by could trip and fall over this.

The pavement has sunk into the wall outside 54 Nicholas Lane, creating damage to the wall also.
