No Parking cones left in the road

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Two no parking cones have been in the road here for months. No roadworks in the area, so no obvious reason for the cones to be in the road. Not sure if they have been left in the road in error after roadworks or if someone is using them to 'reserve' a parking space on the road. Please arrange for cones to be removed from the road.
