Hello,
As below you advised you been unable to trace any issue that requires action, however I note that the footpath in question has recently been rectified and has had new tarmac placed.
Why has this isolated spot been retarmaced if no issue was found?
As per my original FixMyStreet submission this uneven footpath resulting in a nasty fracture to a bone in my foot. It resulted in 6 weeks off work - of which caused finical loss to myself, and I still suffer with ongoing pain and discomfort with a noticeable lump/deformity which I have been advised is likely to be permanent.
I certainly do not appreciate being deceived and ‘fobbed off’ with you advising no fault existed and as such negating your responsibility, and thus insinuating the incident was entirely my fault when you have now clearly repaired the isolated area in which I initially reported.
I anticipate your response as to how we can proceed to a mutually agreeable conclusion prior to me seeking further advise.
Best wishes,
Tracey Whittle
