Tree blocking street light no.41 shining under bridge

Large tree blocking street light no.41 shining under bridge, so a fair amount of footpath in shadow and road poorly lit for cyclists, security and safety concern. present weeks/months as tree fully greens.

I don't think any thing has been done, but light levels have improved because leaves have fallen.

High street light high tree(s) what about a lower light that would shine under the tree branches, illuminating under the bridge, fixed to same column, but of course this may get in the eyes of oncoming traffic, bit then not as much as the headlights of oncoming traffic. If all bridges had lights underneath problem solved.
