Motorhome blocking view at junction

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Motor home parked (permanently?) such that it blocks view at junction, making it unsafe to pull out. The motorhome is also parked on the pavement. Taking it off the pavement will block the view even more and make the road too narrow.
