Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

1. Outside 5 High Street, Clifton BS8 2YF Broken waste bins collecting rainwater and rubbish. Obstruction of pavement and possible breeding ground for mosquitos.

2. To side of No. 2, Highland Square, Clifton Bags of rubbish building up and not being collected by refuse truck.

3. Highland Crescent, Clifton Too many bins obstructing the pavement. Impossible to walk on pavement (also unpleasant in hot weather!). We need a PERMANENT SOLUTION to this constant problem of wheelie bins and recycling bins on our narrow pavements 24/7!!
