The drain outside 172 is starting to block again.

There was serious flooding from this drain last winter and made access to 172 very difficult. The problem seems to have come back twice in the last fortnight though in these instances if has not entered the path of 172 it has taken upto 12 hours to go down which does not augur well for next winter. It would appear that this drain needs to be clear out on regular basis
