Several sunken manhole covers causing loud noise when driven over by HGVs

Reported in the Carriageway Defect category anonymously at 17:15, Monday 29 June 2020

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

There are several sunken/broken manhole covers in the road beginning just before Lilymead avenue and ending after the pedestrian crossing. When HGVs drive over them, they make an incredibly loud noise that wakes us in the middle of the night and causes house to shake.

This has also been reported in 2128407 - further up the road - so appears to be a problem for the whole stretch of road going up the hill.
