Drain blocked - completely filled with grit etc

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2180067.
This drain in Passage Road, opposite junction with Shipley Road, has been filled with rubbish for weeks, if not months.

BCC have stated that the enquiry has been closed and marked the issue as "fixed". Well, it hasn't been fixed - the drain is still full to the brim with rubbish and therefore cannot function as a drain.

Very pleased to report that when I walked past this drain this morning (20 November) it had obviously received recent attention and was now completely empty of accumulated grit, rubbish etc.
