Shrub from 19 Brener St totally blocking the footway of Foster St

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2180302.

It is not possible to walk on the footway when cars are parked adjacent, necessitating one to walking in the carriageway. Please consider serving a Highways Act 1980, Section 154 notice on the occupier to remove this danger.
