Gully blocked after heavy rain

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

This problem recurs after every heavy rainstorm because the road at this point is NEVER cleared of leaves, plastic bags, flattened beer cans and other debris (except when I do it). It must be scheduled for regular cleaning, say once a month, or even 2 months; then the gully would not block and it would not be necessary to erect a "diverted traffic sign"
