Hedgerow overgrowing footpath

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Hedgerow over growing footpath making it difficult to use footpath. Problems with cars parking on footpath also reducing path width. Caravan set up for long term residency (over a year) also causing issues with footpath usage. Walking safely in this area not helped by PMG who block off the footpath on opposite side when filling their road-sweepers from a hydrant near Chads building supplies
