  • I have tripped over uneven pavement in the cabbot circus shopping area of the horse fair located near Cafe Nero. I was walking and tripped damaging the skin to both my knees and palms of my hands. Passers by had to assist me up off the floor where it was so painful. I have attached photographs of where this happened and you can clearly see the uneven path that has no sign saying it is hazardous! I’m lucky I wasn’t a pregnant or elderly/disabled person as the outcome could have been far worse! I’m in a lot of pain today and have had to take analgesic and elevate my legs. This accident has ruined my whole day as I now have to go home to rest. It’s absolutely disgusting that there were no signs to say about the hazard! This happened around 13:15 Sunday 6/9/2020. I want this matter to be investigated and for someone to contact me regarding this matter.

  • Obvious swelling bruising and broken skin to my right knee. I have had to keep it elevated all day today.
