School children have been jumping on raised kerb which squirts dirty water out, while they see as fun it is making damage worse and more dangerous. Kerb is too heavy to lift without correct tools.

Kerb stone is now 3 inches higher than the ones next to it and is now a danger to pedestrians, it can only get worse with supermarket delivery vans and builders merchants going over regularly.
