Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Delivery of compost to the allotments have been left on the pavement by the junction of Chesterfield Road. Some of it has gone out into the road. Reported By A&S Police as a possible traffic hazard. A Street Cleaning report has been made to BWC. Attention might be needed for the obstruction on the pavement and the risk of more compost getting onto the road. Thanks.
