Utility company(s) getting away with cobbles time again

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Number of places cobble stones dug up by contractors for utilities, but not reinstated, as they should. Under the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991, contractors must permanently replace highway surfaces within six months.
