Overgrown trees and hedges obstructing pavement on Whitehouse Lane

The Pavement alongside Bedminster Green on Whitehouse Lane is completely overgrown forcing pedestrians, pushchairs, mobility scooters etc to walk in the narrow busy road and unable to socially distance. This is dangerous as vehicles are travelling around the the blind bend into this narrow stretch of road.
The BE residents permit zone sign is also missing from the marked bay in this location.
