Attached is the "obstruction", single file appears eminently possible. Also, socially distanced pavements are not a thing, no pavements are required to be 3 meters wide. The sadness that someone reported a key worker during a pandemic (who last had all the hedges professionally trimmed in April), I can do but naught about. Nonetheless, It shall be resolved urgently, lest more public resources are wasted.
