Aust Lane is a BS9 postcode yet a new council road sign is stating BS10 which causes problems with deliveries and directions. Residents of Aust lane want a correct sign with correct potcode of BS9 installed and also sign post for Aust Lane from Greystoke Gardens turning!

All properties from 1-14 in Aust Lane is a BS9 postcode not a BS10 postcode, yet a new council road sign was installed recently and is mistakenly stating Aust Lane BS10 which causes problems with deliveries and directions. Residents of Aust lane want the correct sign with the correct postcode of Aust Lane BS9 installed and also sign post for Aust Lane BS9 from Greystoke Gardens to assist with deliveries for elderly residents. Please correct the mistakes with these road signs asap as I have already had issues with amazon deliveries confused by the postcode sign next to Aust Lane and having trouble finding the property.

Can you please confirm when the signs for Aust lane can be amended with correct postcode as it is affecting our deliveries at a busy time? as yet they have not been changed, even though this issue was raised in early July 2020 and council response was that it would be rectified?
