Footway blocked by overhanging shrubs / trees

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2189504.
The hedges / shrubs / trees adjacent to the rear of footway are blocking the footway so pedestrians are required to enter the carriageway on the slip road exit from Wills Way (eastbound). This is full height kerb so access is restricted for wheelchair users.
