'Single file traffic' sign obstructing pavement

A 'single file traffic' sign has appeared on the pavement to Chandos Road outside 2e for no obvious reason - most likely late night revellers. This is taking up the pavement causing danger to pedestrians, pushchairs and wheelchair users.
