Not out but Light obstructed by trees

Sent to Bristol City Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 2191358.
Contractor visited site to service some weeks ago but couldn't get to the light due to tree overgrowth. Caller was told they would return to get the tree cut back and service the light. Not happen as yet, light outside house no3 Longwood.
