This material is still there, despite a phone call to the Local Authority. My understanding is that a permit, which requires a payment to the Council, is required to authorise blocking of the pavement and that barriers should be constructed for safety purposes .. with the permit number. This private developer job is now 2 years in the process needs to be "sorted out", and quickly. Given that vehicles routinely mount the pavement when parking and further reduce space available to pedestrians just how is social distancing made possible? If nothing is done soon, then I am prepared to clear the material into the property myself.

I certainly hope that the new team is more proactive than the one originally assigned the task of sorting the matter. Six months have passed since the original complaint was raised with precisely zero action as far as resolution. The developer was on site yesterday and is also there today, and clearly has no intention of clearing the pavement.
