Ref. 2186178 - street light reported as fixed, but still not working properly.
Reported in the Street Light category anonymously at 18:06, Friday 10 July 2020
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
Ref: 2186178. It may be that the lamp shows up on a central console as working, but it only manages to light up 3 times a week at best. It has failed to come on for the past two evenings. When it does light, it is only after flickering for several minutes. The lamp really needs to be viewed in person, rather than by checking the circuits back at the control centre.
A new enquiry has been raised for this issue.

The light continues not to function properly. In the last week it managed to come on once. I have received no update, and no indication that any work has been done on it. There has been no indication that the fault is with the cable. The website says that cable faults cannot be repaired because of Covid-19. In the present situation, with Bristol's low infection numbers, that is hard to understand. But in any case, some information would be welcome.
