Danger to pedestrians
Reported in the Obstruction category anonymously at 15:50, Sat 11 July 2020
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2195755.
The footpath emerges at the edge of The Portway; the only way to go is to cross the road. Visibility for pedestrians towards oncoming traffic in the bus lane is obscured by trees. This makes for a very hazardous road crossing. The trees are adjacent to the highway, not on Avon Wildlife Trust's nature reserve. The footpath is being far more currently. The trees must be cut back without delay.
