Mr Tony Carpenter 27 Penrith Gardens Southmead Bristol BS10 5LX The Residents should not have to put up with trying to get past bramble bushes and other plants growing through wire fences onto pathways that are used for Elderly and disabled people living in Penrith Gardens Bristol site it is becoming a Health & Safety Issue to Residents And Visitors Attending the Prefabs A lot Of Residents Have Physical Disabilities and Rely On The Use Of Walking Aids Wheelchairs and Mobility Scooters To Maintain Some Independence The Issues of Recyvv CG Le Bins And Bushes Over The Pathways are causing Unacceptable Issues This Has been reported to the Local Council by various Individuals and On Numerous Occasdions And Yet The Issues Continue
